| Job Description: | Job Description HRMS Associate (HR Operations Tools) Work Details: General shift (9:00 AM 6:30 PM); Work from Office (100% RTO); Flexibility to stretch hours as per business needs. Role Summary: Support HR Operations by managing and troubleshooting HRMS/HRO tools (e.g. Workday ServiceNow/SNOW SAP) and ensuring high-quality timely processing across India entities. Key Responsibilities: Operate and support HR tools (Workday ServiceNow/SNOW SAP and related platforms) for HR processes. Maintain quality data and ensure adherence to defined standards accuracy and TAT/SLA. Complete assignments on time with minimal/no errors and ensure proper documentation. Partner with internal business units to investigate and resolve process/system issues. Identify opportunities for process improvements; recommend and support changes. Provide backup support across processes/activities and learn new technologies to solve operational problems. Required Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work independently; self-directed and solution-oriented. Good organizational/planning skills with strong attention to detail. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Working understanding of HR operations tools / HRMS platforms (Workday ServiceNow/SNOW SAP). Qualifications & Experience: Graduate in any discipline; 6 12 months of relevant experience preferred. |
