Handle bulk hiring (store staff warehouse corporate roles)
Build talent pipeline Manage recruiters and the team.

Oversee attendance payroll and HR operations

Ensure smooth HR process across all branches
4. Performance & Appraisal
Design KPI / KRA system
Conduct performance reviews
Plan promotions & increment
5. Policy & Compliance
Ensure labour law compliance
Maintain HR documentation & audits
6. Training & Development
Plan employee training programs
Improve retail sales staff performance.
7. Team Handling
Lead HR team (executives recruiters)
Coordinate with store managers & department heads
