Description

We are seeking anexceptional leaderto modernize and elevate how Caesars Digital acquires customers. This role is a highimpact operator responsible for improving the full acquisition journey strengthening our technical and operational foundation and enabling measurable conversion gains across all brands. This is acritical highvisibility rolerequiring a rare blend of strategy technical depth and handson execution. You will influence MarTech and product roadmaps redesign workflows and drive crossfunctional alignment to accelerate our acquisition engine. Responsibilities

Acquisition UX & Journey Transformation

  • Lead highstakes transformation of the ad FTD journey identifying friction and executing UX enhancements that delivermeaningful measurable conversion lifts.
  • Partner across Product MarTech CRM Creative and Analytics to build experiences worthy of acategory leader.

MarTech CRM & Capability Enablement

  • Serve as the strategic owner of our MarTech evolution influencingmultiquarter investment decisionsand shaping the capabilities that unlock future growth.
  • Ensure tools are not just adopted but transformed intocompetitive advantages.

Ad Operations Tagging & Data Activation

  • Own operational excellence across tagging tracking pixels and data flow for all acquisition campaigns.
  • Ensure clean reliable privacycompliant data that supports measurement targeting attribution and optimization.
  • Lead crossfunctional troubleshooting and build resilient processes that support scaling campaigns efficiently.

Process Optimization & Operating Model Improvement

  • Standardize intake GTM execution QA and feedback loops to improve speed quality and accountability.
  • Identify bottlenecks and redesign workflows for simplicity automation and crossfunctional clarity.
  • Introduce modern operating practices that strengthen collaboration and accelerate decisionmaking.

Performance Management Insights & TestandLearn

  • Define KPIs leading indicators and guardrails for journey optimization MarTech usage and operational efficiency.
  • Partner with Analytics on test design measurement plans and experimentation frameworks.
  • Translate insights into actionable recommendations for GTM Product Analytics and channel teams.

Target Setting Measurement & Performance Management

  • Own annual and inyear targets for CAC LTV margin GGR/NGR and channellevel pacing.
  • Translate campaign goals into measurable KPIs across funnel stages and audience strategies.
  • Deliver clear performance readouts to inform nextbest actions and planning cycles.

Executive Communication & Influence

  • Represent Acquisition in crossfunctional and executive forums simplifying complex operational and technical topics into clear narratives.
  • Drive alignment and decisionmaking around capability investments MarTech roadmap and crossteam dependencies.

Strategic Operational Excellence

  • This role requires a rare combination of:
    • Strategy and activation
    • MarTech fluency UX intuition
    • Analytical depth crossfunctional influence
    • Handson problem solving executive presence
  • This is a role for someone who hasbuilt scaled or transformed acquisition machines beforeand is ready to do it again at one of the largest entertainment brands in the world.


Qualifications
  • Expertise in funnel optimization MarTech capabilities digital media operations and performance marketing.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead transformation and capabilitybuilding workstreams.

  • Experience operating in highly regulated or complex digital environments preferred.

Additional Requirements:

  • Deep experience with MarTech platforms CRM strategy personalization and marketing workflow tools.

  • Strong understanding of acquisition marketing funnel optimization and digital media activation.

  • Handson experience with tagging pixels tracking and datadriven activation workflows.

  • Proven crossfunctional leadership and ability to influence without authority.

  • Analytical mindset with demonstrated ability to turn signals into decisions.

  • Online gaming or sports industry experience strongly preferred.

  • Bachelors degree required.
