The salary for this position is $30000 - $33000 USD per annum.



Responsibilities


* Welcome and assist customers providing a high level of service to ensure a positive shopping experience.

* Develop a comprehensive knowledge of our products and services to effectively advise customers and answer their queries.

* Drive sales through proactive customer engagement and by demonstrating product features and benefits.

* Operate the point-of-sale system to process transactions accurately and handle cash and card payments.

* Maintain the visual standards of the store ensuring a clean organised and inviting environment.

* Assist with stock management including replenishing the sales floor organising the stockroom and participating in inventory checks.

* Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve store targets and ensure smooth daily operations.



Qualifications


* Previous experience in a retail or customer-facing role is highly advantageous.

* A genuine interest in technology and an eagerness to learn about new and innovative products.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of customers.

* A professional positive and enthusiastic attitude.

* Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.

* The ability to work well as part of a team and contribute to a collaborative atmosphere.

* Basic numeracy and IT skills are essential for this role.

* Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and public holidays is required.
