We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-orientated Marketing Assistant to join our team.

This is a Full-time position based in Wayne Nebraska United States. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the marketing departments initiatives helping to drive brand awareness and generate leads. This is an excellent opportunity for an aspiring marketer to develop their skills within a forward-thinking organisation.

Salary: $45000 - $55000 USD per annum

Responsibilities

- Support the marketing team in the planning and execution of comprehensive marketing campaigns.
- Assist in the creation of engaging content for various channels including social media company blogs and email newsletters.
- Conduct market research and analyse competitor activities to identify trends and opportunities.
- Help to organise and coordinate promotional events webinars and trade shows.
- Maintain and update the companys customer relationship management (CRM) database.
- Prepare marketing reports and presentations by collecting and summarising performance data.
- Provide general administrative support to the marketing department as needed.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure all marketing materials are consistent with our brand identity.

Qualifications

- A degree in Marketing Business Communications or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong command of the English language.
- Superb organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- A keen eye for detail and a proactive problem-solving attitude.
- A genuine interest in digital marketing and a desire to learn and grow within the role.
- Previous experience in a marketing or administrative role would be advantageous but is not essential.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g. social media schedulers email marketing platforms) is desirable.
