What Youll Do
Conduct comprehensive initial consultations and assessments for new patients
Perform focused histories physical exams vitals body composition analysis and before/after photos
Conduct urinalysis EKGs phlebotomy and administer IM injections
Order and prepare laboratory studies and diagnostics
Provide preventive counseling nutrition guidance and program education
Prescribe and manage medications per collaborative agreement
Monitor progress adjust treatment plans and conduct follow-up care calls
Document all procedures progress notes and patient data in the EMR
Manage phone calls appointment reminders and incoming inquiries
Assist with inventory restocking and maintaining a clean clinical environment
Ensure exceptional patient service by maintaining a friendly environment and greeting patients warmly
Leadership & Growth Opportunities
Participate in program development and quality improvement initiatives
Serve as a clinical resource and help coordinate complex patient requests
Contribute to enhancing the overall patient experience
Who You Are
Licensed Medical Assistant in Texas
Truly passionate about preventive care weight management and transforming patients lives
Strong communicator who enjoys building meaningful relationships with patients
Experienced with clinical procedures (EKG phlebotomy) and comfortable supporting front office tasks including insurance and VOB
Interested in exercise and nutrition education (a big plus)
