How Youll Make an Impact
As a Business Development Supervisor you are the boots on the ground ensuring the success of the Evo project in your specific territory. You bridge the gap between high-level regional strategy and local execution.
Your impact is measured by the density of our partner network and the activity rate of each point of sale. You transform passive partners into active sales channels ensuring that every store in your area is motivated trained and equipped to open Evo cards for customers.
What Youll Do
1. Network Management & Expansion (Territory Ownership)
Expand Coverage: Scout and onboard new local partners (SMEs local mobile shops retail outlets) within your assigned district/area to expand the Evo acceptance network.
Visibilty: Ensure Evo branding/POSM (standees QR codes flyers) is displayed prominently at all partner locations to maximize customer awareness.
Relationship: Build strong daily relationships with Store Managers and business owners in your area becoming their go-to person for all Evo-related matters.
2. Drive Sales & Partner Performance
Field Visits: Spend 70-80% of your time in the field visiting partners to monitor performance resolve operational issues and push for daily card applications.
Training & Coaching: Train partner staff (store clerks/sales advisory) on Evo product knowledge the app journey and sales scripts to improve their conversion rates.
Performance Tracking: Monitor daily sales volume per partner. Identify underperforming stores and implement immediate corrective actions.
3. Develop Local Sales Promotions
Tactical Campaigns: Propose and execute hyper-local trade marketing programs (e.g. Best Seller of the Month for store clerks small contests or activation events) to spike sales in your territory.
Incentive Communication: Ensure partner staff clearly understand the commission schemes and incentive programs to keep them motivated.
What Were Looking For
Experience:
Bachelors degree or College degree in Business or related fields.
3 years of experience in Field Sales Business Development or Trade Marketing.
At least 1 year of experience in a Supervisor/Team Leader role.
Experience in FMCG Telecom (selling sim cards/phones) or Consumer Finance partnerships is a huge plus.
Skills & Mindset:
Field-Ready: Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory (motorcycle based).
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent at building rapport with shop owners and retail staff (street-smart communication).
Data Sense: Ability to track sales numbers using Excel and report to the RSM.
Proactive: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
