Job Summary

The CLASS Instructional Specialist supports implementation of the Classroom Assessment Scoring System(CLASS) across the OUR Local Lead catchment area by coordinating observations supporting educator growthand strengthening adultchild interactions through coaching professional learning and data use. This positionworks under the Local Lead Captain to ensure fidelity of CLASS implementation while building educator capacityand improving classroom quality outcomes. The role blends technical expertise instructional coaching datacoordination and relationship-based support.
