What Youll Do
As our Business Development Manager you will be the face of our agencybuilding strong partnerships generating referrals and driving growth through strategic outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain relationships with hospitals assisted living communities physician offices and other referral partners
Conduct in-person visits follow-ups and regular check-ins to stay top of mind
Represent our agency at health fairs networking events and community outreach opportunities
Identify and develop new referral sources and partnerships
Track referral activity leads and conversion data in systems like WellSky
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client experience
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to support growth strategies
Provide weekly/monthly reporting on outreach performance and results
What Were Looking For
Experience in healthcare marketing sales or community outreach
Strong networking and relationship-building skills
Knowledge of home care or healthcare referral processes preferred
Organized proactive and able to manage multiple priorities
Comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools
Reliable transportation for daily field visits
What Success Looks Like
Increased referral volume and strong conversion rates
Consistent community presence and trusted partnerships
Organized tracking and reporting of all outreach efforts
A steady pipeline of qualified leads supporting agency growth
