Full-Time Exempt

What Youll Do

As our Business Development Manager you will be the face of our agencybuilding strong partnerships generating referrals and driving growth through strategic outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with hospitals assisted living communities physician offices and other referral partners

  • Conduct in-person visits follow-ups and regular check-ins to stay top of mind

  • Represent our agency at health fairs networking events and community outreach opportunities

  • Identify and develop new referral sources and partnerships

  • Track referral activity leads and conversion data in systems like WellSky

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client experience

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to support growth strategies

  • Provide weekly/monthly reporting on outreach performance and results

What Were Looking For

  • Experience in healthcare marketing sales or community outreach

  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills

  • Knowledge of home care or healthcare referral processes preferred

  • Organized proactive and able to manage multiple priorities

  • Comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools

  • Reliable transportation for daily field visits
