| Responsibilities: | Responsibilities Include: - Working knowledge of and enforce the policies and procedures of the student centers in addition to the University policies
- Working knowledge of all technical and AV equipment in both buildings
- Work with Graduate Assistant to establish a work schedule for student employees coordinate shift changes
- Act as a liaison between the Campus Life professional staff and student staff
- Work with Assistant Director and Graduate Assistant in establishing and conducting employee evaluations
- Support Professional Staff housed in the Campus Life suite in the Dome 202
- Maintain organization within workspaces
- Create and implement employee engagement and recognition activities prizes and challenges
- Schedule and conduct monthly staff meetings
- Cover vacant hours in the event of an emergency
- Assist with the planning of staff training programs and evaluations
- Manage closet/storage space
- Complete and review staff duty logs and the documentation of coaching and disciplinary conversations
- Monitor and report disciplinary points of employees
- Create weekly report for Graduate Assistant and Assistant Director
- Hold office hours at the Dome 202 Welcome Desk
- Design professional development opportunities for employees
Programming Responsibilities Include: - Work with employee team to develop implement and execute passive programming during operation hours which includes marketing/advertising to the student population

| Hours of Position: | 15 hours/week. Must be available to work during daytime hours from both Rocky Top and Carl Hansen Student Centers with possible weekend shifts during the academic year. |
