Responsible for Representing the company in front of Customers & sub con team right from the beginning to Project Close out.

Responsible for Monitoring the execution of the projects by having weekly review meetings with team members to ensure project is completed on time or before the completion time lines

Ensures Cost control towards achieving the positive NRM which shall get the Best Financial Performance

Responsible for Risk Analysis & converting the positive risks as an opportunity to the company

Responsible for Ensuring adherence of Compliance requirements during the execution & completion of the project

Responsible for Closely monitoring the Project Mile Stones and triggering the invoices with respect to the TOP mentioned in the WO

Responsible for channeling the clear project communication with both internal & external stakeholders

Responsible for implementing OTIS project management and site installation processes and procedures Responsible for coordination between Installation Quality & Testing team

Responsible for Resource planning which includes Tools sub-contractors before start of the Project

Responsible for getting statutory approvals form Government for both starting the installation & End user usage of the equipment

To be a people manager

Accountable for site safety & Ensuring Zero Accidents-Zero Incidents & Responsible for inculcating safety culture among the team through continuous Awareness programs & Safety audits.

Basic Qualifications

Degree / Diploma in an Engineering discipline

Ability to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment

Candidate must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills and

Presentation skills to effectively develop expectations and relationships with internal and

external customers

Needs to be self-motivated and able to manage many simultaneous projects and

Responsibilities

Strong leadership skills goal-orientated and good decision-making skills with strong time

management and organizational skills

10 - 15 years of elevator industry experience preferred

Desirable - Experience in Elevator industry.
