Job Summary

Job Description:

1. Leasing Process Management: Handle the entire leasing cycle including property tours negotiations lease documentation and tenant onboarding.
2. Lead Generation & Business Development: Identify and pursue potential tenants through various channels including cold calling email campaigns social media news monitoring and networking events.
3. Client Engagement & Deal Structuring: Present tailored leasing solutions highlighting property features pricing and value-added services to prospective tenants.
4. Lease Administration: Maintain and update a master lease tracking report to oversee rent obligations renewal schedules and lease expirations.
5. Stakeholder Management: Build and nurture relationships with tenants brokers and channel partners to ensure a strong leasing pipeline and business growth.
6. Collaboration & Customer Experience: Work closely with the Customer
Relationship Management (CRM) team to facilitate a smooth onboarding experience
and ensure tenant satisfaction.
