Job Summary


Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales activities within the assigned territory for
  • Develop and execute territory sales plans to meet and exceed sales goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers brokers investors and operators in the automotive real estate industry
  • Promote and market automotive-zoned and automotive-ready properties listed on the platform
  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the customer base
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize sales strategies and marketing efforts
  • Report on sales performance market trends and competitive activities in the territory

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field
  • Proven experience in sales preferably in real estate or automotive industry
  • Strong understanding of the automotive real estate market and property types
  • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Desired Experience:

  • 2 years of experience in territory sales management
  • Knowledge of CRM software and sales tools for managing customer relationships
