The Early Career Traineeship is designed for fresh graduates where Baker Hughes will train fresh talents who meet the required criteria to perform their traineeship in a specific business. The traineeship duration is 6 12 months and it will develop your technical knowledge and soft skills additionally provide on-the-job learning and exposure to enable you to gain hands-on work experience as the foundation of your professional lives.

Our traineeship will provide you with the opportunity to become familiar with Health Safety and Environment (HS&E). Youll participate in technically focused training team meetings and work on projects and present your results. During your traineeship you will be supported by a buddy and your manager who will ensure that you have a valuable learning experience.

Aspart of ourEarly Career Traineeshipyou will be involved in:

• Develop understanding on fundamentals of geomechanics and applications.

• Get trained on JewelsuiteTM software packages focusing on geomechanics applications.

• Attend in-house training courses if available.

• Support Geomechanics team for external and internal geomechanics related projects under the guidance of senior personnel or mentors.

• Work together with Senior Geomechanics Consultants/Advisors from the region to support external clients and internal stakeholders in geomechanics.

• Support multi-discipline project teams and promote cross product-line collaboration as required.

• Interact with clients and also visit customers for meetings or project presentations under the supervision of mentors.

• Stay up to date on Baker Hughes technology and services as well as leverage opportunities to create values through integrated and multi-disciplinary workflows.

• Demonstrate compliance to company policies including HSE compliance

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have recently graduated with a bachelors degree from an accredited university in Petroleum Engineering Geology and Geophysics

• Graduated from your bachelors degree within the last 12 months

• Have achieved a cumulative GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0

• Be fluent in written and spoken English and have effective communication skills

• Be inquisitive and present a thirst for knowledge

• Be legally entitled to work within the country in which you are applying without sponsorship or time restrictions
