As a Specialised Banking Executive youll play a pivotal role within our Transaction Banking teama team energised by delivering impactful customerfocused solutions across the Queensland market.

Each day youll go above and beyond:

• Leading and empowering the QLD Transaction Banking team fostering a strong positive and high performance culture.
• Identifying and shaping opportunities in the market alongside bankers Specialist colleagues and product parters to deliver great outcomes for clients.
• Building and Strengthening relationships through deep local market knowledge and close engagement with local leaders.
• Analysing emerging trends understanding product evolution and current processes to enhance acquisition retention and customer experience.
• Developing and executing strategies that support team priorities market growth and longterm customer value.

• Senior/executive-level banking experience within commercial SME or middlemarket environments.
• Proven capability in leading sales teams and lifting performance through clarity coaching and empowerment.
• Strong understanding of the payments and deposits landscape.
• A strategic mindset with the ability to simplify complexity and support bankers with marketleading solutions.
• A high conviction leadership stylebalancing commercial outcomes with team wellbeing development and cohesion.
