We are seeking a motivated Commissioning Program Coordinator (Graduate) to join our this role you will provide project management support to the commissioning engineers. You will provide support on both administrative and process tasks including vendor onboarding and procurement coordination and commissioning workflow management. You will be given opportunities to work alongside experienced commissioning professionals and will analyze commissioning workflow data to identify bottlenecks recommend process improvements to enable smooth execution of data center construction projects across AWSs infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented take ownership of their work demonstrate passion for process improvement and show eagerness to learn and be curious in a fast-paced environment.
Key job responsibilities
Manage commissioning coordinator tickets including vendor onboarding and change order requests within the defined service level agreement timeframes
Provide administrative support to commissioning engineers in managing commissioning workflows and processes
Manage Procore administrative tasks including user access requests inspection forms and commissioning observations (CxO)
Organize and maintain commissioning documentation in WorkDocs SharePoint folders and Wiki Pages
Gather feedback from commissioning engineers and stakeholders to improve workflows and processes by identifying and implementing workflows improvements

About the team
Join the commissioning team a critical function within AWS Data Center Capacity Delivery that ensures technical excellence and operational readiness across our global data center construction portfolio. Our team provides oversight and coordination of multi-discipline commissioning activities related to pre-commissioning startup (L3) and acceptance testing of Amazon critical infrastructure construction projects.
As part of the Data Center Commissioning Team you will be part of a highly creative efficient team tasked with tackling fascinating and challenging problems building and supporting the operations of AWS owned data centers within the APJC region and globally. The AWS Data Center Capacity Delivery Commissioning team (DCCD Cx) understands evaluates defines and manages the expectations of construction and equipment quality in accordance with engineering designs to meet customer requirements and ensure systems perform as designed.

Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering or related technical field
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Understanding of data center critical infrastructure systems (power cooling mechanical electrical)
Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems testing and acceptance procedures
