Experience working within structured delivery frameworks (AgileSAFe Waterfall Hybrid)
Strong understanding of program governance structures risk management frameworks delivery lifecyclemanagementand executive reporting standards

You prepare Board and Executive-level materials status dashboards and briefing packs that are clearaccurate and tailored to the audience.
You coordinate governance forums steering committees and working groups-capturing decisions actions and outcomes so the team can move fast with confidence.
You spot trends and patterns in program data early flagging delivery risks and opportunities before they become problems.
You build trusted relationships with stakeholders across the program communicating proactively and following through on every commitment.
