Job Summary
Job Title: Unit Manager

Salary: Up to 3.50 LPA
Job Responsibilities:
- Recruit train and manage a team of insurance advisors/agents
- Drive sales of health insurance products through the team
- Set and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Provide guidance motivation and support to team members
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Monitor team performance and ensure productivity
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales (any industry)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Basic knowledge of insurance/financial products is an added advantage
- Graduation preferred
