- Ensure strict adherence to health safety and environmental (HSE) standards as well as local regulations and international best practices.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients contractors vendors and local authorities fostering strong partnerships and effective communication.

Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Computer Science Information Technology Project Management or a related field.
- 25 years of progressive experience in project management within the technology telecommunications or infrastructure sector.
- Proven track record managing complex multi-site technology projects in emerging or challenging environments.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile Waterfall PRINCE2) and tools (MS Project JIRA Asana or similar).
- Excellent organizational leadership and problem-solving skills with the ability to thrive in fast-paced dynamic settings.
- Proficiency in budgeting cost control and financial reporting for project deliverables.
- Experience with stakeholder management vendor negotiations and contract administration.
- Ability to work independently and make data-driven decisions under pressure.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in French is highly desirable given the regional context.
