Job Summary

Lead the end-to-end management of tenders including drafting issuing evaluating and awarding bids in compliance with company policies and local regulations.
Draft negotiate and finalize contracts with vendors partners and service providers ensuring alignment with legal financial and strategic goals.
Conduct thorough risk assessments and due diligence on potential suppliers and partners to ensure contractual and operational integrity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance Legal Operations and Project Management) to ensure timely and compliant contract execution.
Maintain a centralized and secure contracts database with version control expiration tracking and performance monitoring.
Monitor contract performance resolve disputes and manage amendments or renewals as needed.
Stay updated on regional procurement laws regulatory changes and industry best practices in Central Africa.
Prepare regular reporting and analytics on tender outcomes contract performance and cost savings.
Support strategic sourcing initiatives and contribute to the development of procurement frameworks and standard contract templates.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Law Business Administration Procurement Engineering or a related field; a postgraduate qualification is a plus.
25 years of proven experience in contracts management procurement or tendering within the technology or infrastructure sector.
Strong understanding of procurement regulations contract law and compliance frameworks in Central Africa.
Excellent negotiation analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
Proficiency in contract management software MS Office Suite and CRM systems.
Fluency in English; proficiency in French is highly desirable given the regional context.
Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
Experience working with international organizations multilateral agencies or large-scale technology projects is advantageous.
