Our client a leading infrastructure contractor delivering major transport and energy projects is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to support corporate functions and project teams.
About the Role
This role partners closely with senior leaders to deliver both strategic and operational HR support across the business. You will play a key role in workforce planning organisational development and driving best-practice HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Provide HR advice and support across the full employee lifecycle
Partner with leaders to support workforce planning and organisational structure
Support tenders and bids including workforce strategy and resourcing plans
Provide HR support to project teams including mobilisation and onboarding
Manage employee relations matters and provide guidance on performance issues
Support remuneration reviews salary benchmarking and reward practices
Contribute to HR policy development and continuous improvement initiatives
Support learning and development programs to build workforce capability
Collaborate with internal and international stakeholders on people initiatives
Requirements
Relevant qualification in Human Resources Industrial Relations or similar
Proven experience in an HR Business Partner or similar role
Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation
Experience managing employee relations and complex HR matters
Ability to influence and build relationships with senior stakeholders
Experience within construction or infrastructure environments highly regarded
