What Youll Do
Be embedded. Be visible. Be the person both floor leaders and team members come to first.
Youll manage complex ER cases end-to-end coach frontline leaders through real performance conversations and drive high-volume recruitment cycles all while keeping Marley Spoons culture and compliance standards firmly in place across every shift.
Youll also be at the leading edge of how People & Culture adopts AI at Marley Spoon: using tools to draft smarter analyse faster and act with more confidence while keeping human judgement exactly where it belongs: at the centre of every decision.
Youll have genuine autonomy to make calls. Well back you.
What Success Looks Like
People challenges surface before they become problems because youre present and trusted.
ER cases are handled with confidence care and documentation that holds up.
Recruitment and onboarding run efficiently and new starters feel it from day one.
AI tools are part of your workflow not a novelty.
What You Bring
Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or senior HR generalist in manufacturing FMCG logistics or fulfilment. You know the Fair Work Act NES and Award interpretation not because you memorised them but because youve applied them under pressure.
You handle complexity without drama. You coach without hovering. And youre genuinely curious about what AI can do for People & Culture not just in theory but in practice.
Relevant HR qualifications or equivalent experience. Most importantly: the mindset to match.
