Digital Partner (Relationships) 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract
Job Summary
As a Digital Partner within TALs Group Life & Investments team this role plays a pivotal part in shaping how partners and members experience TAL digitally. Working at the intersection of strategy technology and relationships youll help translate ambition into meaningful marketleading digital experiences that support longterm security for Australians. By deeply understanding partner needs and cocreating a shared digital future this role directly contributes to TALs purpose of protecting what matters mosthelping people live their best lives with confidence.
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract
In this role you will:
- Shape and own partner digital roadmaps aligned to partner ambitions and TALs strategic priorities
- Build trusted advisor relationships that position TALs digital proposition as market leading
- Drive adoption and value realisation of TALs digital platform across partner portfolios
- Champion partner digital commitments internally to ensure delivery meets expectations
- Translate partner insights into continuous improvement of digital experiences
- Strengthen TALs digital propositions in tenders and partner forums to support growth and retention
Qualifications :
- Minimum 3 years experience building strong longterm partnerships that deliver shared value.
- Confidence working within agile or fastmoving digital environments.
- The ability to simplify complex ideas and communicate them clearly to diverse audiences.
- Strong relationshipbuilding skills paired with sound commercial judgement.
- Welldeveloped project management capability to drive initiatives through to delivery.
- Confidence influencing senior stakeholders with clarity empathy and good decisionmaking.
