Description

Little Flower Manor is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician with hands-on experience in one or more skilled trades such as painting carpentry basic plumbing or electrical work. You do not need to be experienced in every area but we are looking for someone who brings practical skill good judgment and pride in quality workmanship. This role is essential to maintaining a safe comfortable and well-kept environment for our residents.

Responsibilities:

Maintain a safe clean and hazard-free facility
Perform routine maintenance on building systems equipment and grounds
Complete basic repairs in plumbing electrical carpentry and painting
Assist with room turnovers minor renovations and equipment moves
Support fire safety and prevention measures; follow OSHA and life-safety regulations
Participate in seasonal snow removal
Manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
Participate in on-call rotation and occasional weekend coverage

Requirements

High School diploma or GED
Experience in one or more of the following: carpentry painting plumbing electrical
At least 25 years of maintenance experience in a facility construction or similar setting
Strong verbal communication skills for reporting and discussing maintenance needs
Clean valid drivers license
Ability to lift 60 lbs or more
Providing examples of prior work (photos descriptions or project summaries) is helpful and encouraged.
