Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive assessment and treatment for patients in an urgent care setting
Diagnose and manage acute illnesses and injuries
Perform physical examinations and obtain medical histories
Order and interpret diagnostic tests
Prescribe medications and treatment plans as necessary
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention
Maintain accurate and timely medical records
Requirements
Active Nurse Practitioner or Physicians Assistant license
Associate degree or higher in a relevant medical field
Experience in urgent care or emergency medicine preferred
Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
Schedule: Weekdays (8a-8p) Saturday (8a-7p) or Sunday (8a-5p)
Daily Volume: 30-45 patients
Must be comfortable with pediatric patients ages 3 months
EMR: Practice Velocity
Must be board-certified
