Requirements
- Bachelors Degree or related work experience
- 3-5 years of experience handling Workers Compensation/Indemnity claims leadership experience required
- Experience managing NV workers compensation files
- Nevada residence required
Job Responsibilities
- Work to oversee workers compensation claims adjusters in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct thorough investigations to determine the validity of claims.
- Collaborate with adjusters to ensure processes are processed properly medical professionals legal teams and other stakeholders to gather relevant information.
- Communicate effectively with claimants employers and insurance providers to provide updates and address inquiries.
- Negotiate settlements and manage litigation when necessary.
- Stay abreast of industry trends legal changes and best practices in workers compensation.
