Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and staff management
- Ensure high standards of food quality and customer service
- Develop and implement restaurant policies and procedures
- Train and mentor staff to enhance performance and service
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Monitor financial performance and prepare reports

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality management is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
