This is a handson highly crossfunctional role where your ability to communicate clearly in French and manage multiple moving parts will be essential.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead infrastructure-focused projects (network upgrades migrations cloud transformation hardware refreshes system integrations etc.).
- Define project scope timelines risks and resources ensuring alignment with technical and business needs.
- Coordinate internal teams and external vendors ensuring seamless execution.
- Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation including roadmaps RAID logs progress reporting and governance materials.
- Drive stakeholder communication (in French and English) ensuring transparency alignment and timely decisionmaking.
- Monitor project budgets forecasting and reporting deviations when needed.
- Ensure compliance with security data protection and infrastructure governance standards.
- Identify risks early propose mitigation plans and ensure issues are resolved efficiently.
Qualifications :
Profile:
- 3 - 7 years of experience as a Project Manager ideally within IT infrastructure environments.
- Solid understanding of networking servers storage cloud (Azure/AWS) workplace services and infrastructure security principles.
- Strong experience managing multi-stakeholder multivendor projects.
- Ability to challenge technical inputs translate complexity into clarity and drive decisions.
- Fluency in French (mandatory) and strong professional English.
- Experience with project management frameworks (Waterfall Agile Hybrid).
- Certifications such as PMP Prince2 ITIL or Scrum Master are a plus.
Additional Information :
(Hybrid work with 2 days of work in the office in LISBON per week)
