Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Scrum Master. As a Scrum Master you will be instrumental in guiding Agile practices fostering a collaborative team environment and ensuring the successful delivery of project goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and team activities
- Teach and coach Scrum practices and principles
- Promote Agile values and contribute to the Scrum community
- Identify and eliminate team impediments
- Coordinate timelines and deliverables
- Support teams in implementing changes effectively
- Foster a positive and productive team spirit
- Resolve conflicts and encourage continuous improvement
Qualifications :
Profile:
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience working with Scrum teams
- Ability to teach and coach Agile methodologies
- Skilled in conflict resolution and team facilitation
- Comfortable adapting to change and driving transformation
- Fluent in English and French (mandatory)
Additional Information :
(Hybrid work with 2/3 days of work in the office in LISBON per week)
