Job Summary
Within Bosch Building Technologies our Digital & Cloud competence center develops innovative SaaS solutions for commercial buildings - driving energy efficiency sustainability and smart automation. As a system integrator we deliver end-to-end solutions that enhance safety security and comfort for our customers worldwide.
Your contribution to something big:
- Drive agile excellence: You empower cross-functional teams to successfully develop digital service products (SaaS) in building technologies and energy management.
- Coach and inspire: You foster a culture of continuous improvement self-organization and ownership by applying agile principles across team and program levels.
- Enable team performance: In close collaboration with Release Train Engineers and leadership you identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth delivery.
- Create transparency: You ensure clear communication of progress risks and dependencies while supporting backlog refinement and prioritization.
- Facilitate collaboration: You lead agile ceremonies such as PI Planning Sprint Planning Reviews and Retrospectives in an engaging and effective way.
- Promote knowledge sharing: You act as a mentor for agile values (Scrum SAFe) strengthening collaboration within and across teams.
- Optimize processes: You continuously improve agile ways of working tools and frameworks together with other Scrum Masters and stakeholders.
Qualifications :
What distinguishes you:
Education
- Degree in Computer Science Business Informatics or a comparable field
Experience
- Several years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach ideally in scaled environments
Know-how
- Strong expertise in Scrum; knowledge of SAFe or LeSS is a plus
- Experience in software development environments (e.g. Java cloud technologies)
Languages
- Fluent in English
Working Style and Methods
- Structured and solution-oriented approach
- Ability to foster collaboration in distributed international teams
- Comfortable working in hybrid setups

- Strong communication skills with an inclusive mindset
