Role Description

This is a full-time Contract remote role for a Human Resources Coordinator. We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic HR Coordinator to join our team. If you are a people person with a passion for human resources this is the perfect opportunity for you! Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and we particularly encourage MBA-HR graduates to consider this position.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and attract candidates through various channels.

Coordinate interview processes ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and interviewers.

Assist in data mapping from different sources to help with data consolidation.

Manage the offer process for candidates to join our team effectively.

Maintain operational data ensuring accuracy and formatting standards.

Organize and engage teams in various activities to foster a collaborative work environment.

What Were Looking For

Freshers are encouraged to apply; MBA-HR graduates will be preferred.

Strong communication skills with an ability to engage and build rapport with candidates.
