Inviting applications for the role of Technical Associate Content Governance!
In this role you will be analyzing and evaluating a wide array of data to help the models we work on behave as addition to that you will be working with the team and client to make sure that everything is streamlined.

Responsibilities
Perform quality check of content before publication
Review content for searchability accessibility and compliance
Identify and clearly explain content issues found in quality check
Write a review detailing content issues found and recommendations for revision to improve content searchability and accessibility
Coordinate with different stakeholders to help resolve identified content issues
Approve for publish or reject content based on results of quality check
Equip new authors with skills and knowledge they need to create and publish quality content
Assess readiness of authors to create and publish content
Communicate changes or updates in site features compliance policies quality standards in one-on-one or group setting
Enforce compliance policies relating to proper handling of confidential and sensitive information
Maintain enhance and develop KM tools using MS Office Excel and/or SharePoint
Contribute to process and delivery improvement by learning new delivery methodologies applying new technology like Generative and/or Agentic AI through continuous learning and personal development

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualification
Beginner to advance knowledge in MS Excel and SharePoint
Strong English communication skills (w/ experience in client engagement is a plus)
Ability to work with highly changeable work volume and tight deadlines
Keen attention to details in assessing and structuring content
Financial domain knowledge (domestic and international)
Basic knowledge in Adobe Experience Manager Content Management System (CMS) or any CMS tool
Bachelors degree in IT Multimedia or Communications
Accountability to enforce to strict levels of compliance and standards
Flexibility and readiness to work with different teams as needed
Amenable to work on night shift schedule

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Degree in Communications Linguistics English Language or related fields Information Science or related fields
