Job Summary
Employment Type: Full-Time Employment
Work Setup: Onsite onboarding for two weeks followed by a transition to a remote setup.
Work schedule: Night Shift (Following Eastern Time Zone)
Salary Package: 25000 PHP to 35000 PHP/Monthly

The client is global company that designs manufactures markets and distributes interior and exterior doors for residential and commercial buildings. They serve sectors such as new construction renovation and remodeling offering a wide range of door products designed for comfort safety energy efficiency and style.
Job Description:
- Agent will handle Retail or Wholesale order entry
- Perform other duties as assigned by Customer Service Manager or Supervisor
- Maintains professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values company policies and procedures and business ethics code
- Undertakes further responsibilities that may be assigned as deemed necessary from time to time
Qualifications:
- Hold a college degree in a field of study relevant to construction building products or business industry
- Agents with a background in home building products engineering architectural concepts or industries and concepts are preferred
- Strong attention to detail. Ability to complete the order entry process with a high degree of accuracy
- Possess excellent communication and listening skills
- Can communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing
- Routinely meet established performance metrics
- Willing to work following Eastern Time zone
