The Role: Account Manager IT Sales

  • Drive new business development across the UK
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing client accounts
  • Sell UCaaS contact centre & connectivity solutions into mid-market and enterprise organisations
  • Build long-term consultative relationships with clients and partners
  • Identify and maximise upsell & cross-sell opportunities

What Youll Bring: Account Manager IT Sales

  • Experience selling UCaaS contact centre or connectivity solutions (e.g. RingCentral 8x8 Gamma Zoom)
  • A proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets
  • Confidence managing and developing high-value client accounts
  • A consultative relationship-led sales approach
  • Self-motivation and the ability to thrive in a hybrid autonomous role
