Trinity Oaks HR is looking to hire a full-time Maintenance technician!

Pay will depend on experience
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm (With on-call rotation)
3 years of Maintenance experience ispreferred.

Essential Functions

Performs preventative maintenance of equipment.
Operates a two-way radio.
Interacts with teammates residents visitors and vendors on a regular basis.
Communicated with emergency personnel and directed them where they needed to gowhen needed.
Performs general maintenance
Assists in maintaining online work orders.
Performs other duties as specified by Maintenance Director.
