We are seeking a skilled and motivatedField Service Generator Technicianto perform emergency repairs and planned maintenance on a variety of diesel and gas-powered generators and accessories. This role involveson-site customer service diagnostics and repairs across our service area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose service and repair generators and related systems at customer sites
• Perform preventive maintenance and emergency breakdown service
• Troubleshoot and interpretelectrical and mechanical schematics
• Inspect and serviceAutomatic Transfer Switches (ATS)up to 3-phase / 480 volts
• Accurately order parts through the parts department and maintain service records
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships while representing the company professionally
• Work independently in the field managing time and tasks effectively

Required Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience inEPG (Emergency Power Generation)diesel engine orelectrical troubleshooting
• Technical degree or military training in diesel or electrical systems is a plus
• Strong understanding ofelectrical schematics and diagnostic procedures
• Familiarity withATS systemsandswitchgear
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and integrity
• Own basic tools for the trade
• Valid drivers license with clean driving record
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
