What you will be doing:
- Process debtor transactions daily including confirming details with clients
- Handle debtor queries via phone and email
- Manage collections and follow-ups
- Perform debtor reconciliations
- Resolve queries and disputes
- Send statements to clients
- Complete general administrative tasks
- Provide support to the finance team when required
- Prepare payment documentation for release of payments
What we are looking for:
- Minimum of matric plus 35 years experience in a Debtors/Accounting administration role
- Experience using an accounting software
- Strong numeracy and reconciliation skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office
- Strong communication and telephone skills
- Good organisational and multitasking abilities
- Mature reliable honest and results-focused
- Positive attitude with strong problemsolving abilities
- Bilingual advantage more importantly good communication skills
