Quantum Insights is a leading data and analytics company that provides cutting-edge solutions to businesses across various industries. We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Records Clerk on a full-time basis.
As a Records Clerk you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records for our company. Your main duties will include organizing storing and retrieving physical and electronic records as well as ensuring their security and confidentiality. You will work closely with our team of data analysts and support staff to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our records management system.
The ideal candidate for this role will have excellent organizational skills and a strong attention to detail. You should also have a basic understanding of data management principles and be proficient in using computer software such as Microsoft Excel and database systems. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic records according to established procedures
- Ensure all records are properly labeled stored and easily accessible
- Retrieve requested records in a timely manner and assist with record inquiries
- Perform regular audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of records
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all records
- Work closely with data analysts and support staff to ensure accurate and efficient record keeping
- Identify and report any issues or discrepancies in records
- Assist with data entry and data validation tasks as needed
- Follow company policies and procedures for record retention and disposal
- Continuously seek ways to improve and streamline the records management process
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a records clerk or similar role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with data management principles and database systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other computer software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
