What youll do:

At SuperAwesome Account Managers are responsible for building strong relationships with our customers and project-managing and executing kid-safe brand digital engagement campaigns across the SuperAwesome Platform ensuring a world-class experience for customers. Youll play a key role in shaping campaign success - using data and performance insights to craft compelling stories that demonstrate impact and drive long-term client growth.

You can expect ownership of your assigned accounts in North America and will be joining a team that has a lot of experience a serious track record and an awesome team atmosphere. Youll have a genuine opportunity to learn and grow through real ownership and responsibility and hands-on mentorship from an experienced Senior Management team.

In this role you will:

  • Manage a portfolio of clients/accounts in North America - develop maintain and expand positive relationships with existing agency / direct clients

  • Generate repeat & incremental revenue acting as the point of contact for all live campaigns always looking for ways to grow and improve accounts

  • Ensure expertise excellence and consistency in all aspects of campaign delivery: Client Management briefing designers creative and development ad ops performance optimisation and reporting

  • Strategically counsel clients; develop effective and creative campaign strategies with a clear understanding of client objectives KPIs and targets

  • Work closely with our adops team on campaign optimisations relaying relevant information to customers in an easy-to-understand and actionable manner

  • Own reporting and case study creation - showcase and share expertise within the Client Services and wider SA Global team and present QBRs to strategic clients on a quarterly basis

  • Use data and analytical storytelling to turn performance insights into compelling narratives that drive client understanding and future investment

  • Proactively identify new initiatives and tools to enhance client experience and cross-team collaboration

Required Experience

  • 3 years of experience in digital advertising with a proven track record in owning customer relationships

  • Demonstrated success in retaining and growing customers

  • Experience working with ad-ops and ad trafficking teams with experience across different servers and reporting platforms

  • Strong analytical and storytelling ability using data

  • Expertise with digital media KPIs and brand performance metrics

  • Expert in using Excel and/or other data manipulation software

  • Youre a self-starter you can clearly demonstrate your abilities to get things done without direct supervision and understand what it means to deliver excellence to clients

  • You think logically and analytically even under pressure and come up with innovative solutions to problem

  • You have a keen head for numbers and are confident manipulating data.
