Senior Account Executive Remote (DFW preferred or open to relocation) Full-time Reports to the Chief Revenue Officer

Our client is redefining how healthcare organizations control purchased services spend. Their AI-powered platform enforces contract terms before payment preventing millions in leakage across purchased services a $32B problem in healthcare.
Theyre growing rapidly and looking for a Senior Account Executive with healthcare or purchased services experience who is ready to hit the ground running immediately someone who knows the space understands the buyer and can ramp quickly to start generating pipeline and closing deals. Also drive net-new enterprise revenue by owning the full sales cycle and expanding the companys footprint across large health systems.
This role is critical to accelerating growth and requires a seasoned seller who can step in operate with urgency and make an immediate impact.
What you will own
Own the full enterprise sales cycle: prospecting discovery demo negotiation and close
Build and maintain a pipeline of large health system opportunities and ensure clean and accurate data and events tracked in CRM (Hubspot).
Execute complex multi-threaded sales strategies across multiple stakeholders
Leverage existing relationships and industry knowledge to accelerate deal cycles
Travel approximately 25% domestically to drive pipeline and revenue including representing the company at industry trade shows conferences and customer events
Lead in-person meetings executive presentations and on-site engagements with customers and prospects to accelerate deal progression and close business
Partner with Sales Engineers and SDRs to drive deal progression
Deliver compelling presentations and ROI-driven business cases
Accurately forecast pipeline and revenue
Consistently meet or exceed quota
What Success Looks Like (First 90180 Days)
First 45 Days
Rapidly ramp on the platform messaging and ICP
Leverage prior experience and network to begin generating pipeline immediately
Engage in active deals and customer conversations within the first few weeks
By 90 Days
Generate qualified pipeline and book meetings with target health systems
Independently run discovery demos and deal strategy
Build a meaningful pipeline of qualified enterprise opportunities
Demonstrate strong command of multi-threaded sales motions
By 180 Days
Consistently generate and advance pipeline
Close initial enterprise deals
Establish credibility with senior stakeholders across finance supply chain and executive teams

Driving immediate pipeline and revenue generation
Shortening ramp time and increasing sales velocity
Expanding into new health systems and increasing market penetration
Building predictable scalable pipeline and revenue
Strengthening our position as the leader in AI-powered contract enforcement
Accelerating ARR growth and contributing to overall company scale
Qualifications
510 years of enterprise SaaS sales experience
Proven track record of exceeding quota in complex sales environments
Experience selling into large health systems / IDNs
Excellent executive communication and presentation skills
Ability to ramp quickly operate independently and thrive in a fast-paced startup
Nice to have:
Background in supply chain finance AP or purchased services solutions strongly preferred
Established network and familiarity with key buyer personas
Strong technical fluency and ability to quickly navigate systems tools and workflows without friction
Bias toward speed efficiency and leveraging technology to work smarter
