A Plus Landscaping is a family-owned landscaping company specializing in designing and building custom outdoor living spaces for homeowners throughout the Lancaster PA area. From patios and fire pits to full backyard transformations the team takes pride in delivering high-quality results that bring people together outdoors. What Youll Do as an Operations & Scheduling Manager:

  • Build and manage crew schedules across multiple projects adjusting for weather and changes
  • Lead and hold accountable project managers foremen and field crews
  • Coordinate materials equipment and daily job readiness for all crews
  • Oversee fleet and equipment maintenance to keep jobs running without delays
  • Communicate with customers on schedules updates and job expectations
  • Track job costs and performance adjusting to improve efficiency and profit
  • Improve systems workflows and field processes as the company grows

Our Ideal Operations & Scheduling Manager:

  • Experienced Leader: 3-5 years leading teams in construction operations or project management (outdoor living or hardscaping preferred)
  • Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of outdoor construction materials (hardscape plant stock) and equipment (skid steers trailers) preferred
  • Ownership Mindset: Takes full responsibility and drives results without needing direction
  • Highly Motivated: Drives productivity and manages time effectively across crews schedules and priorities
  • Systems Thinker: Enjoys building structure and improving workflows
  • Tech-Savvy Operator: Comfortable with scheduling tools project management software and Microsoft Office
  • Values-Driven Teammate: Leads with integrity and contributes to a strong faith-based team culture

What We Offer Our Operations & Scheduling Manager:

  • $85000-$125000 salary performance-based incentives
  • Full-time schedule (40-45 hours/week) typical hours 6:15 AM - 4:00 PM
