Program Summary

This position is for a 0.25 FTE Selective Laser Etch Process Development Lead in the defense/aerospace manufacturing sector with primary responsibility of developing processes for selective laser etch requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop processes for selective laser etch including but not limited to: the laser wet etch meal deposition and probe.
Communicates process updates in weekly project status reviews
Anticipates internal and/or external technical challenges and/or compliance issues; recommends process product or service improvements.

Basic Qualifications (Required Education Experience Skills and Certifications)

15 Years of Laser Etch Process Development Experience in Defense/Aerospace Manufacturing
