Job Summary
Essential Functions
- Lead and manage the overall operations of PSS including responsibility for the distribution centers and related supply chain activities.
- Oversee inventory control warehousing transportation and logistics operations to optimize service delivery and cost. Work with team members vendors suppliers and carriers to ensure seamless operations and timely deliveries.
- Hire train and manage a high-performing team including project managers customer support staff warehouse managers and other operational staff. Provide leadership and guidance to teams fostering a culture of collaboration accountability and high performance.
- Manage the operational budget working capital monitor costs and implement cost-saving measures without sacrificing service quality.
- Ensure Customer Service & Quality Control

- Sets or contributes to the business strategy for own site / location (Division)
Managing People/Leadership
- Has management responsibilities for multiple departments possibly doing diverse activities (cross discipline).
