Position Overview:
As an HVAC Service Technician youll be the trusted expert delivering comfort solutions to residential customers every day. Youll put your technical skills to work by diagnosing repairing and maintaining a variety of HVAC systems-including AC units furnaces boilers and mini-splits-while providing outstanding service that ensures each customer feels confident in their homes comfort. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in doing the job right the first time.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Serve residential customers with a positive professional attitude.
• Perform preventive maintenance to keep systems running efficiently.
• Diagnose service and maintain a variety of HVAC systems including ACs Furnaces Mini-splits Boilers etc.
• Recommend solutions and provide guidance to help customers make informed decisions.
• Complete service reports and document all work accurately.
• Should never have to run a recall as they ensure that every customer is 100% satisfied before they leave their home.

What Does It Take

• 2 years of HVAC field experience service preferred
• EPA Type II or Universal certification required
• Valid Drivers license required
• Knowledge of Service Titan is a plus!
• Strong critical thinking skills necessary to adjust to the demands of the job
• Safety is always on your mind. Whether it be on the road or in the field.
• Ability to work in a physical environment regularly required to stand walk climb ladders sit squat bend twist reach with arms talk or hear and use hands. Must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 100 lbs.

Pay:

• $25-$30 per hour plus commission depending on experience
