Job Summary

Responsibilities

  • Provide maintenance support for building facilities systems / equipment specialized in all or some of the following disciplines: Computer Control System Building Control System and Environmental Control System etc
  • Monitor maintenance contractors performance review operational and maintenance practices and support safety and quality issues
  • Supervise and coordinate daily activities of maintenance technicians
  • Manage work schedules assign tasks and provide technical guidance to the team
  • Analyse system & equipment performance conduct technical investigation and recommend system performance improvement actions
  • Coordinate outsourcing activities and facilitate the development of management and technical documents

Requirements

  • Degree in a relevant engineering discipline with a minimum of 3 years relevant working experience; or
  • Higher Diploma / Higher Certificate in relevant engineering discipline with 8 years relevant working experience of which 3 years should be at supervisory level
  • Good interpersonal communication analytical & problem-solving skills

Remarks

  • Candidates with extensive experience but lower qualification will also be considered
