Responsibilities
- Provide maintenance support for building facilities systems / equipment specialized in all or some of the following disciplines: Computer Control System Building Control System and Environmental Control System etc
- Monitor maintenance contractors performance review operational and maintenance practices and support safety and quality issues
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of maintenance technicians
- Manage work schedules assign tasks and provide technical guidance to the team
- Analyse system & equipment performance conduct technical investigation and recommend system performance improvement actions
- Coordinate outsourcing activities and facilitate the development of management and technical documents
Requirements
- Degree in a relevant engineering discipline with a minimum of 3 years relevant working experience; or
- Higher Diploma / Higher Certificate in relevant engineering discipline with 8 years relevant working experience of which 3 years should be at supervisory level
- Good interpersonal communication analytical & problem-solving skills
