About the Role

As a Store & Receiving Officer (倉務及收貨主任) you will be managing hotel storeroom operations including inventory control receiving procedures and procurement coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Keep the storeroom clean and prepare in store inventory for audit.
• Be thoroughly familiar with all spare parts requirementsand specifications for all equipment installed in hotel.
• Store and monitor the expensive equipmentfor the use of engineering staff.
• Prepare purchase requests and follow up.
• Be responsible for warehouse receiving inspection inventory organizationand other related procedures.
• Keep accurate records of all material transactions through the computerized stores control system.

• 清楚酒店内所有器材的零件要求及規格
• 保存並看管貴重器材的使用以備工程部使用
• 採購並跟進訂單
• 負責貨倉收貨驗貨整理存貨等程序
• 於電腦系統準確地記錄所有交易

About You

• At least 1 year of relevant experience preferably in the Hotel Industry.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and systems.
• Responsible anddetail-minded team player.
• Good command in written English and Chinese.
• 最少一年相關工作經驗具酒店行業經驗優先
• 熟悉相關電腦系統
• 有責任心細心
• 良好中文英文
