Responsibilities
Conduct effectiveness and efficiency reviews for client departments of the Hong Kong Transport Services business unit make recommendations for improvement obtain buy-in and ensure successful implementation
Facilitate value-for-money assessments on scoping of major capital investment projects and Maintenance & Services contracts
Facilitate implementation of fit-for-purpose management systems and approaches to drive efficiency improvement leading to concrete outcome
Conduct analysis on operations processes and recommend the most appropriate solutions leading to significant benefits for business performance
Conduct cost and benefit analysis for key decision-making process organisation and manpower studies on selected areas and develop optimal short-term and long-term solution to ensure high efficiency of business operations
