We provide mechanical electrical and plumbing (MEP) construction to institutional and government organizations. We are a design-build contractor with extensive BIM and LEED expertise as well as specialty experience working on complex marine pump station and water and wastewater projects.
Job Summary
Harry Pepper is seeking an on-site Administrative Assistant
Duties:
- Process invoices
- Code invoices
- Enter and upload invoices into system
- Track delivery tickets
- Prepare time sheets for weekly payroll
- Submit all time to payroll department
- Enter daily reports
- General office duties; including filing answering phones
- Clerical duties for the QC department
- Various duties as requested by management
Requirements:
- Minimum of three (3) years AP experience a plus
- Cost coding experience to include job costing
- Strong computer skills required
- Knowledge of accounts payable
- Prior construction office experience a plus
