As anAdministrative Program Coordinator II you will lead and support high-impact initiatives that drive operational excellence strengthen collaboration and improve efficiency across the department. Through strategic project management and continuous improvement efforts your work directly supports Cleveland Clinics mission to deliver an exceptional patient care role offers a dynamic opportunity to expand your professional skill set challenge conventional processes and help design and implement innovative programs that shape the future of the department. You will serve as a key partner to both patients and providers contributing to daily operations while also engaging in broader departmental initiatives spanning leadership process improvement and research.

This is a full-time role. A caregiver in this position will work 7:30am to 4:30pm.

A caregiver who excels in this role will:

  • Function as a liaison and administrativetechnicaland operational resource.
  • Initiate orleadlesscomplex projects.
  • Coordinate policy evaluation and implementation.
  • Identifyoperational improvement opportunities to create an efficient workplace.
  • Developcommunicationsdatabasesand budget summaries.
  • Lead orientation and records management activities and ensure standards aremaintained.
  • Develop and update interdepartmental education programs.
  • Assistwiththescheduling coordinationpreparationand communication of meetings.
  • Facilitate and attend meetings andrecordkey outcomes.
  • Identifykey milestones and deadlines.
  • Communicate project status and requirements to achieve results.
  • Researchanalyzeand organize information for presentations.
  • Assistdepartment leadership with large or complex projects.

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

  • AssociatesDegreeand threeyears of administrativeor project managementexperience
  • ORHighSchoolDiploma/GED and five years of experience
  • ORBachelors Degreeand one year of experience
  • Strong computer skills and experience with software applications
  • May require a license based on department/institute needs

Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

  • BachelorsDegreeinBusinessAdministrationHealthcareAdministration or a related field
  • Healthcare or related organization experience
  • Experience developing programs (healthcare financial or education)

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods
  • Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment
  • Ability to travel throughout the hospital system
  • Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information
  • In some locations ability to move to 25 pounds
