Job Summary
Job Summary (SAP Program Manager)
- Manage and deliver SAP projects with at least 12 years of SAP project management experience (including Fixed Price milestone T&M/Staffing models).
- Possess minimum 5 years of hands-on SAP experience in non-project management roles.
- Take ownership of end-to-end project delivery including willingness to be hands-on when required.
- Oversee project execution phases: design build test and post-go-live support.
- Lead customer support efforts program-level discussions and steering committee meetings with clients.
- Ensure high service quality availability and operational capabilities.
- Establish and maintain effective program governance for each account.
- Collaborate with internal teams external partners and clients for successful project outcomes.
- Manage project escalations and maintain proactive customer communications.
- Prepare and present weekly status reports; conduct internal governance meetings.
- Ensure adherence to internal quality and delivery excellence processes.
- Maintain account profitability monitoring sold vs. delivered margins.
- Mentor and guide Project Managers to support professional development and project success.
